The Fox’s Den is our “no win, no fee” integrated business and brand management service to promising but cash-poor start-ups which:

• but can’t quite get it across to their customers!

Why do we do this? The main reason is that SCHMOOZY FOX is passionate about entrepreneurship.

We also think that there are ways in which highly promising start-ups deserve a boost from SCHMOOZY FOX’s high quality and high value services without committing to large chunks of cash upfront. It also means that we will work only with those start-ups to whom we believe we can add value, because we will also be sharing business risks associated with our ideas. We’ll set concrete goals, and agree a remuneration plan based on achieving them.

Some people believe in the power of ideas. Others say it’s all about delivery.  SCHMOOZY FOX disagrees!

A successful business isn’t just the implementation of a great idea. Today’s funky businesses need to be creative on an ongoing basis – in product or service design, marketing and delivery. If not, you’re facing major financial risks as your investments never pay off and more nimble rivals jump in to steal your customers, suppliers and markets. Without robust business planning, great ideas are short-lived, just like soap bubbles floating in the air.

Our rates and remuneration formulas are flexible to meet your needs, but based on one simple principle: we believe in the value of what we can add to your company, and we’re prepared to put our money where our mouth is.

In other words, we are willing to share the business risk associated with our ideas.

NO WIN, NO FEE

This means that for projects with identifiable gains and risks, we will agree with you a formula based on the principle of “no win, no fee”. That means you can’t lose.

We will sit together, take stock of where your business is today, its strengths and weaknesses and your vision for the future. We then set measurable goals – sales targets for instance – and agree a remuneration plan based on achieving them.

That remuneration might be a percentage of the additional revenue over a period of time, and/or where appropriate be based on the equity value of the business.
